Setup a Fundraising Page for Your Event

Team TSF, a heel-to-pavement movement, was created as a venue for those who wish to raise funds and awareness of Turner Syndrome by participating in one of our already established athletic events or by participating in an event of their own choice.
Team TSF has been an official charity of and participated in several well-established and respected events throughout the country such as the Novo Nordisk New Jersey Marathon, Rock 'n' Roll Arizona Marathon & 1/2 Marathon, Rock 'n' Roll New York Brooklyn 10K, Rock 'n' Roll Nashville, Rock ‘n ‘ Roll Seattle, Rock ‘n’ Roll St. Pete, and Rock 'n' Roll San Antonio just to name a few.
If you would like to be a participant in one of the events that we are registered as an official charity, you would register through the TSF website and TSF will cover your entry fee with a minimum fundraising commitment.  If that commitment is not met, you will be responsible for your entry fee.
If one of the official events is not convenient for you or you wish to participate in another event, you may do so by registering directly with the event, paying your entry fee and there will be no minimum fundraising requirements.  Also, Team TSF is not limited to 5Ks, 10K, Half Marathons or Marathons.  You could register on your own for a triathlon or cycling event or any athletic event of your choice.
Either way we will help you with your fundraising events!

Now is the time to join the effort to raise awareness and support for this important cause that affects thousands of girls and women. Learn more how you can become a part of this important national effort.  Get to know us better, click through the links below:

Who We Are

Team TSF was formed in 2010 when a mom decided to run the 2010 NJ Half Marathon.  Instead of just running it for fun, she decided to build a team of people affected by Turner syndrome and raise funds for the Turner Syndrome Foundation.  With a few phone calls to the event staff and many hours of organizing and recruiting, Turner Syndrome Foundation became an official charity.

Now in 2016, we have friends and families rising up all over the United States looking for ways to plan a Team TSF event in their communities. If you would like to join our growing team, please contact us by calling 1-800-594-4585 or emailing

Lead a Team

Team TSF Leaders are responsible for finding volunteers to participate in or lead local or national activities and initiatives. The recruitment leader must provide volunteers in appropriate positions and ensure they are satisfied with their involvement. Share Your Story

MY STORY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN is another way to raise awareness by sharing your personal story of diagnosis, treatment results, acknowledging your support team (family, doctors, teachers, friends), celebrating a special milestone, and also by paying tribute to a loved one. It is very easy to set up a My Story page on our website. These stories are live on our website and all information is public and will reach many people, especially the ones you share it with. Get started now to Create a Personal My Story Awareness Page.

Host a Special Event
A great way to raise awareness about Turner Syndrome is to introduce information to people who are unfamiliar with the condition. Many civic, social and community based organizations are looking for information and opportunities to share with their people. By hosting a special event, groups can raise awareness and much needed support for Turner Syndrome Foundation.  Here's some information to get you started.

If you've been meaning to get involved, but aren't quite sure where to begin or perhaps you are not sure if you have enough time to make a longterm commitment, you can start with a letter writing campaign to raise awareness and ask for sponsorship.  Whether you are asking for sponsorship for an athletic event or not, you can be a part of the awareness campaign simply by amending this templated letter and forwarding it to your personal and professional contacts.

We appreciate your effort to raise awareness of Turner Syndrome and to ask for support. The letter writing campaign will direct all funds payable to the "Turner Syndrome Foundation", and funds are to be mailed to P. O. Box 726, Holmdel, NJ 07733.

Getting Started

Joining an Athletic Event

If you are interested in being a part of TEAM TSF, you have a few choices:

Option 1: Register directly with the Turner Syndrome Foundation - The preferred choice and most popular choice is you commit to fundraising a certain amount and your entry fees and team shirt are covered by TSF.  Fundraising minimums are typically anywhere from $150 - $500 which is much lower than most charity fundraising programs.  To help you with your efforts, you will be able to set up your own personal fundraising page thorugh the event page on  This is an excellent fundraising tool and easy to use.

Option 2: Register directly with an event and represent the Turner Syndrome Foundation - Maybe you are already commited to a race or perhaps you are not comfortable with making a commitment to reach the minimums required in the above option, well then we have another option for you. Register as part of Team TSF with only a $50 registration minimum with Team TSF then you pay your own event entry fees which are usually between $75-$125.

Option 3: Register with Team TSF as a volunteer.

You don't need a team to join Team TSF. You can start your own Team or go solo!  Family fun run/walks, 5Ks, 10Ks, halfs or full marathons, cycling events, other public activities like car washes, bakesales, you name it… all are great ways to participate as part of our team. So come onboard with Team TSF. Sign up today!

New events are popping up and we want Team TSF and you to be there. Email to let us know!
